At Pickleball Panther, we want to encourage health, wellness, and longevity. We plan to do this by giving the world health tips to help them in all aspects of their lives on and off the court. The benefits of using a sauna may include detoxification, increased metabolism, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved cardiovascular function, improved immune function, improved sleep, stress management, and relaxation. To reap these benefits try session 5-20 minutes in length multiple times a week, at a temperature in the ranged of 176-212 ℉.



A staple in the healthy fats category. Avocados can provide many benefits such as hearth health, gut health, boost energy levels, and a natural source of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds. Some of the many nutritional components of one avocado include
- Vitamin C: 22% (DV)
- Vitamin E: 28% (DV)
- Vitamin K: 35% (DV)
- Magnesium: 14%(DV)
- Potassium: 21%  (DV)..... and many more.

Ice baths help improve alertness, reduce pain, decrease inflammation, boost recovery and mood, as well as challenge the mind mentally. Temperatures should range from 50°F to 39°F. Start off with sessions ranging between 30 seconds to 5 minutes and increase as tolerated.
